Hi, I'm Etornam, a Food Systems Research Engineer and the Founder of FoodPulse.
I'm currently conducting doctoral research at McGill University where I study consumer food systems. My work is shaped by my belief that good health starts with appropriate nutrition.
Through FoodPulse, I’m building a place where you can understand food with clarity so your decisions feel grounded and support your health.
Outside research and writing, I enjoy teaching, gardening and experimenting with new recipes in my kitchen. I'm also an avid reader. My most memorable feat was finishing a 500-page African novel in 10 days.
